
A Buyer is obliged to pay the whole purchase price in the way and according to the deadlines agreed upon with a Seller.
It is usual for a Buyer to pay 10% of the agreed price as a deposit during the conclusion of a contract. The rest shall be paid no later than the agreed deadline by money transfer from a Buyer’s foreign current account to a Seller’s foreign current account in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Operations Act.
Buyer's obligation is to the service performed pays the mediator-agency commission from the contract price of real estate, upon the conclusion of the Preliminary Contract (Contract), taxes for the verification of a Pre-contract, Contract, in other words Annex, transfer in an authorized bank, absolute rights transfer tax, prepayment rights transfer tax (PTT, EDB,…) and a fee for property registration on one’s name, if the conditions are fulfilled.
