Seller’s obligations

Once the contract is concluded, a Seller is required to accept the entire purchase price according to the ways and deadlines arranged with a Buyer.

Prior to contract conclusion and the main Purchase contract verification, a Seller is required to settle obligations related to post-office services, Electric Power Distribution, Household services and utilities, property tax. When concluding a Purchase Contract, a Seller agrees to deliver household services confirmation, including the one from the last month, the Republic Department of Public Revenue certificate of the municipality in charge which states all obligations regarding property tax are settled, the last electricity and phone bill.

Furthermore, when concluding the contract, a Seller is obliged to deliver the keys of the empty property containing standard equipment to a Buyer.

A Buyer is obliged to deliver a birth certificate, a court verified statement of a spouse, or other individuals (depending on the case) and document amendment, if necessary.

Seller's obligation is to the service performed pays the mediator-agency commission from the contract price of real estate, upon the conclusion of the Preliminary Contract (Contract).
