
The difference between registered and non-registered properties is that You are allowed to put the registered ones on the loan or mortgage, while You are not allowed to do that with the non-registered ones. Accordingly, only the registered apartments shall be bought using the bank or company loans.
However, the non-registered apartments neither lose their value or shall they be avoided since the legislator defined that there is no difference between the registered and non-registered properties. The ownership shall be proven by a verified Purchase contract at court or by entering proprietary at Republic Geodetic Authority.
